Contributor & Contractor Agreement

# FoodX Contributor & Contractor Agreement — internal working draft

Use a signed agreement for every contributor. It should define services, payment, tax/status, confidentiality, security, access controls, work product, present and future IP assignment, moral-rights consent where lawful, pre-existing materials, open-source approval, publicity, return/deletion, and termination.

The agreement must not misclassify an employee as a contractor or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Obtain local advice for each person’s working location.
