# FoodX Beta Programme Terms — internal working draft

Beta access is limited, revocable, and for evaluation worldwide, subject to mandatory local law. Selected beta use is free; FoodX may introduce paid plans or paid usage later, with pricing and billing terms provided before charges begin. Do not rely on beta features for safety-critical, legal, financial, medical, or operational decisions. Keep access credentials private, report vulnerabilities responsibly, and do not publish confidential previews without permission.

Feedback may be used by FoodX without payment, provided it does not include another person’s confidential information or personal data that FoodX is not entitled to use. Beta features may change or disappear, and no uptime or preservation commitment is made.

The final launch version must add the contracting entity, governing law, privacy notice link, support route, payment/refund terms, and any paid-plan or sector-specific terms.
