# FoodX Master Services Agreement — internal working draft

This framework is for business customers purchasing implementation, support, hosting, or other services. Each order should define scope, acceptance, fees, taxes, timing, dependencies, support, change control, security, data roles, IP ownership/licensing, confidentiality, warranties, suspension, termination, liability, and dispute handling.

Customer data remains subject to the agreed data-processing terms. FoodX should not promise ownership, availability, security certifications, service levels, or regulatory outcomes it does not actually provide.

The final version must add contracting parties, order-form mechanics, governing law, notices, and legally required terms.
