# FoodX IP Assignment — internal working checklist

Use a signed, jurisdiction-specific agreement with every founder, employee, contractor, advisor, and contributor. It should cover:

- present and future inventions, software, designs, documentation, data models, marks, domain names, and know-how created in scope;
- assignment of transferable rights and an obligation to execute further documents;
- moral-rights consents or waivers where lawful;
- confidentiality and return/deletion of materials;
- open-source disclosure and approval rules;
- pre-existing materials schedule and licence boundaries;
- payment, status, tax, and local employment-law terms.

This checklist is not itself an assignment. Have counsel issue a signed agreement for each contributor.
